First things First!

...where's your shitter I got a turtle head poking out!
Now how is that a way for an adult to start his very first blog. Well it says volumes really. I'm a thirty something male that still giggles at farts and poop jokes, loves slapstick and is passionate enough with life to take a moment from time to time to write a bit and try and get people to think a little laugh a little and maybe in the end realize I'm not trying to change any ones mind just simply would like people to accept and understand that others might not think like you do and that's ok.

So I'll start off by pointing out that yes people do think differently and if we all didn't there would be no change in life other than physical changes. But if we all thought the same we would fail to evolve mentally really. Mentally we would end up being a family that lives in the deep wooded mountains of West Virginia, not a lot of branches on the family tree ya know. I think that we need to challenge each other in thought but never stifle. I think that we are all too afraid to be wrong in life. Being wrong does not make us bad people. To be bad at being a person is so much more than being wrong about anything; it’s the unwillingness to do anything about being wrong. Those of us out there that refuse change or refuse to admit that there is a better way or thought, the unwillingness to bend at all is where too many people fail at being people. Here is the funny thing though; those are the people that lead us through our lives. Look at all the politicians running not just our country but the world. They all think they are smarter than you and I, and even thought they are elected to office and promise to represent us in our best interest they end up forcing things down our throats because we are not able to come to conclusions on our own with out having our hand held all the way. So maybe those flip-flopping politicians are more in tune with the ebb and flow of popular opinion and the ever changing needs and wants of the people.

I could be totally wrong but I could be on to something. As long as we all think, we are on the right track.

Until next time...
